We don't believe in recommending technology simply because it's new, trendy, or something we happen to sell. Every recommendation should have a clear business purpose.
We Review Our Meeting Internally
After our meeting, we'll discuss your organization with the appropriate members of our team. Depending on your needs, this may include our Operations Manager, technical staff, cybersecurity specialists, or project personnel.
The goal is to make sure our recommendations are practical, realistic, and aligned with your business.
We May Have Additional Questions
Sometimes a discovery meeting raises new questions.
If something isn't clear, we'll reach out for clarification before making recommendations. We'd rather ask another question than make assumptions that could lead to the wrong solution.
We May Recommend an Assessment
Some organizations are straightforward. Others have larger or more complex environments where we simply don't have enough information to make responsible recommendations.
In those situations, we may suggest a paid technical assessment to document your environment, identify risks, and give both of us a clearer picture before moving forward.
If we recommend an assessment, we'll explain exactly why we believe it's worthwhile and what you'll receive.
We’ll Give You Our Recommendations
If we believe Bowes IT is a good fit for your organization, we'll prepare a proposal outlining our recommendations.
These recommendations won't simply be a list of products or services.
We'll explain:
- What we're recommending
- Why we're recommending it
- How it supports your business
- Any priorities we believe should come first
The goal is to give you enough information to make an informed decision rather than pressure you into one.
Questions Are Always Welcome
Once you've had time to review our recommendations, we'll schedule another conversation to answer your questions. If something doesn't make sense, we'll explain it. If you disagree with one of our recommendations, let's talk about it. Good decisions come from good conversations.
