About Bowes IT Solutions

Bowes IT Solutions is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) located in Niagara, Ontario, specializing in IT support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and managed IT services for small and medium businesses.

Supporting People Through Technology Since 2003

Technology should make life easier. Too often, though, it feels like just the opposite. Systems break for no reason, updates cause problems, and when you finally call for help, you’re met with jargon, attitude, or worse, someone trying to upsell you instead of helping.

We get it.

At Bowes IT Solutions, we’ve seen how frustrating technology can be when you don’t have a partner you can trust. Someone who will tell it like it is. That’s why, for over two decades, we’ve been supporting people first through their technology.

We Understand What You’re Up Against

You want technology that just works.
You don’t have the time or patience to deal with constant issues or wonder if your IT provider is really on your side.
You deserve support that’s honest, proactive, and judgment-free.

That’s precisely what we deliver.

Our Approach? Simple, Honest, Human

We believe IT support should feel easy, not intimidating. Here’s how we make that happen:

Connect: We take time to understand your business, your frustrations, and your goals.

Protect & Optimize: We put the right systems and proactive monitoring in place to prevent problems before they happen.

Relax: You can finally forget about technology and focus on what matters most. Running your business.

No hidden agendas. No condescending techs. Just people who genuinely care about helping you succeed.

The Result? Technology You Can Finally Forget About

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have an old laptop that I am have been using for my business, but I brought it in to have it cleaned up and checked over. They did a great job getting it running smoothly again and helped me get more life out of a computer that I still rely on for both personal use and my business.

I really appreciate the honest service and the fact that they didn’t just push me toward buying a new computer. They took the time to work with what I already had and got it back to where I can continue using it.

Great service, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs computer repairs or help getting an older computer back up and running!

Thank you Glenn and the team.
