| Minimum Service Rate | One hour at the standard or after hours rate |
| Billing Increment | Billed in 10 minute increments |
| Remote, telephone, email, etc. support ** | Billed at the standard or after hours rate |
| Travel | Billed at the current rate to your location only |
| Project Rate | To be negotiated |
* After hours are weekdays between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM and all day during weekends and holidays.
** The minimum service rate is waived for remote support services.
